Terms & conditions
- ·Payment first: appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.
- ·Video call platform: Zalo, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp — your choice.
- ·No-show: missing your appointment without 2h notice counts as a used session — no reschedule, no refund. Full plan gets 1 free reschedule if notified ≥ 2h in advance.
- ·Overtime: +€5 per 10 minutes over the allotted time, applies to all plans.
- ·Unused plans: non-refundable after expiry, not transferable to a future purchase.
- ·Out-of-scope requests (price negotiation, contract translation…) will not be carried out — quoted separately if needed.
- ·Contract review (Full plan & upgraded property in Combo) is a quick checklist review, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
- ·Combo: no-show on any property counts as 1 of 3 sessions used. Cannot be split into individual purchases. Min. 1 day between inspections.
- ·Roommate info is only collected when voluntarily shared — never solicited.
